Halo Design Studio was appointed by the Hong Kong Education Bureau to develop the comprehensive visual identity and event materials for the 2025/26 Mainland Higher Education Expo. The core objective was to create an inviting, energetic, and culturally resonant visual narrative that encourages local students to explore academic opportunities across Mainland China.

Recognizing the massive scale of the exhibition, we successfully adapted this central visual DNA across a wide array of physical and environmental touchpoints. The project deliverables encompassed large-scale hanging banners, primary photo-taking backdrops, detailed podium wraps, and modular exhibition booth graphics. In addition to the spatial design, we produced practical, user-friendly printed collateral, including a thoughtfully designed folded pocket guidemap and promotional posters featuring integrated QR codes. By meticulously maintaining brand consistency across all these mediums, Halo Design Studio delivered an immersive and unified event experience that effectively guided attendees through the bustling Expo.
